New blog location

The boys are celebrating birthdays next month. As I sit and contemplate this last year I am saddened when I realize that the year went by in a flash and my memories feel so incomplete. My poor Milan has a fraction of the baby pictures his older brother Jaxon had. Jaxon has a baby book that identified the date that each tooth came in, a bag of hair from his first hair cut and a month by month dairy of his growth from infant to toddler. Milan, my well mannered adorable Milan got squat! So...in a need to break away from the subpar past and start anew. I have created a new blog. It is www.justwurtzin.blogspot.com. For all those who have faithfully checked my blog in hopes of some updates, thank you. I will do much better with the new blog...PROMISE!

Addie (my niece) got a play kitchen for Christmas. Jaxon loved it so I asked Brian and Kara for the box. I used the box to make Jaxon a kitchen, ghetto style.

Kevin tried out pregnancy. Kevin hates this picture but I couldn't resist putting it on the blog. It is adorable. I would often see Kevin walking around he house with Milan tucked in his robe sleeping.

This picture was taken at a week old! He looks so much older. Jaxon is also getting big. In fact he looks huge next to Milan. And his 30lbs feel huge when compared to Milans 9lbs.

Big Brother and Little Brother

Jaxon loves being a big brother. He likes to hold the baby (but we have to quickly step in when he tries a head lock) and he loves to give the baby kisses. This week I asked Jaxon to help me with Milan by giving Milan the pacifier. Jaxon did and we cheered when Milan stopped crying. He enjoyed that moment so much that he took the pacifier out of Milans mouth so that he could do it again. Milan didnt like that so much.

Finally some time to update

After many requests from my mother-in-law... I am finally updating my blog! If it weren't for Sandy this blog would never get updated. I thank her for the encouragement.

Happy Halloween!

My first mothers day

This mothers day was my first and I could get use to the treatment. I got breakfast, lunch and dinner made for me and I didn't change a diaper all day long. I also got this beautiful floral arrangement. I wish every day was mothers day!

At the end of the day the boys were super tired. Pampering mom is hard work!

Jaxon plays fetch

Jaxon has been really into the dogs lately. He loves to watch our german shepard play fetch. He is always excited when she catches the ball and then brings the ball back. He thinks its fun to play fetch with his new spiderman ball. He crawls to it then picks it up and puts it in his mouth and crawls around with it in his mouth. Ahh the things we learn from our pets.

My mother-in-law Sandy, keeps reminding me to update this blog. I apologize to all those who have stopped by; I have been really busy these last few months. Here is a cliff note version of the last couple months

1. Jaxon has been growing alot and watching lots of laker games with dad, notice the sweet laker shirt.

2. With growing comes eating solids, with eating solids comes pooping solids, except for this one



3. Jaxon's first time in a catholic church and at a cemetary came in March when we said good-bye to my beloved grandmother.
4. Easter came and went in April. Jaxon loved the easter basket. He got a sweet dodger hat, a puzzle, some cars and some treats from the easter bunny. This pic was taken after he saw his stuff, it is my favorite pic of him

Still a Daddy's boy

MORE TEETH!!!!

Yes you read the title correctly...Jaxon is getting more teeth. Just recently the top left tooth popped out and the top right is not to far behind (as shown). However what you don't see is that the bottom right tooth is also coming out. For those keeping score that is a total of seven teeth for my seven month old!

Big Boy Bath

This is the first time Jaxon was put in the bath tub for his bath. At first he didn't know what to do but he quickly learned that moving his hands wildly makes for some wicked cool splashes!
